아토피성 피부염, 소변증, 건선, 접촉성 피부염이 있는 483명의 환자에게 판테놀을 적용한 뒤 3~4주에 걸쳐 모든 증상(건성 피부거칠기, 가려움증, 홍반 등)이 상당히 향상되었다. 피부건조의 경우 80%이상 개선되었다
